By using our application and providing information to access and utilize our services, you hereby agree to the following terms:

Welcome to Ciiclo Tech Ltd.! Ciiclo Tech Ltd. (referred to as the “Company” or “Ciiclo”) offers you, the User, a limited license to use our services (referred to as the “Services”) under the terms and conditions outlined herein (referred to as the “Agreement”).

This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and it is your responsibility to review and understand it before accessing or using our Services. By using our services, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, replace, modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. If any changes are made to this Agreement, your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date of the changes will signify your agreement to the modified terms.

Purchases and Refunds

Ciiclo Tech Ltd. offers various products, services, subscriptions, or access to specific sections of our website, which may require payment. Prices and availability of these offerings are subject to change without prior notice. The Company may enable purchases through our website or via a white-label affiliate. It is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand any accompanying terms and conditions.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the Company bears no responsibility and assumes no liability for any claims related to your purchases. Once you have completed a purchase for a product, service, subscription, or access to specific sections of our website, Ciiclo Tech Ltd. will provide the acquired product, service, or access following the successful transaction.

If you, as a purchaser, are deemed “high risk” by our payment processors, we may require you to provide additional documentation or information to proceed with the transaction. Failure to provide the requested documentation and information within twenty-four (24) hours may result in the revocation of your access to the Services. Please note that supplying the requested documentation and information does not guarantee the reversal of your status and may still render you ineligible.

Application Fee

The application fee is a fee paid by the User to initiate the use of Ciiclo’s Services. This fee covers expenses incurred by Ciiclo for service providers, partners, advertising, maintenance, and system upkeep. Ciiclo acts solely as an intermediary and does not profit from this application fee.

Fees

There is an application fee to activate the package. This fee covers setup, materials, and administration purposes. Note that the fee varies depending on the account size, and you will receive an E-contract with updated information about the fee.

Monthly fees are applicable for certain Ciiclo Tech Ltd. programs, depending on the plan you choose to use.

No-Chargeback Clause

By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you will not file a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer for any transaction made under this agreement if the service has been started.

Refund Policy

I understand there are NO REFUNDS. The registration and facilitation fees are paid to allow the customer to access the Ciiclo Tech Ltd. program platform, models, and services. The User is not entitled to a refund of the application fee and/or setup fee and/or registration fees and/or facilitation fees if the service has been started (i.e., the account has been purchased). These fees are non-refundable once trading activity has commenced.

Cancellations

If a User cancels accidentally or intentionally, they understand it is impossible to reactivate the account for any reason. The User will have to start a new account. The User understands they will not dispute any charges. If there are any disputed charges, they will be referred to collections, with any collection and attorney fees added to the amount owed.

Defective Performances

If the Services you receive do not align with the agreed-upon terms or have not been provided to you, you have the right to exercise your entitlements regarding defective performance. Ciiclo Tech Ltd. does not offer any guarantees regarding the quality of our services. You must promptly notify us of any defects via email at our designated address or the address specified in our General Terms & Conditions. When exercising your rights due to defective performance, you may request that we rectify the issue or provide you with a reasonable discount. If the defect cannot be remedied, you have the option to withdraw from the contract or claim a reasonable discount.

We aim to address any complaints you may have as quickly as possible, generally within 30 calendar days. We will provide written confirmation of the receipt and resolution of your complaint. If we fail to resolve the complaint within the specified timeframe, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. To file a complaint, please send an email to our support team at info@ciiclo.ca.
